THAT INSTINCT YOU FEEL?

That’s your herbal intuition beginning to bloom.

Let’s nurture it together…

You already SENSE there’s more to herbs than memorizing lists—and you’re absolutely right.

You don’t just want to use herbs; you want to UNDERSTAND them.

To feel their effects in your own body. To know, deep down, which herbs are calling to you AND WHY.

Let’s start with a simple but powerful herbal experience

COMPARING FRESH GINGER TO DRIED GINGER.

Even though they come from the same plant, the energetics change dramatically just by drying the root.
I’m not going to give you a spoiler, but here’s a hint. One feels much warmer than the other!

So here’s what I want you to try:

Now taste each one slowly. Notice:

Does one feel spicier on your tongue?

Does one make you feel warmer or even start to sweat a little?

That’s herbal energetics in action—you’re learning through your senses.

We often reach for warming herbs when we’re working with coldness or stagnation—like when you have chills with a fever, or when mucus feels stuck in the lungs or sinuses. In those moments, warmth helps things move.

This kind of sensory experience is at the heart of herbal energetics—and it’s such a fun, embodied way to start building your own herbal intuition.

If you enjoyed this little experiment, you’ll love what we do inside the Herbs with Rosalee School, especially our foundational Herbal Energetics Course.

It’s a whole community of plant lovers exploring how herbs feel, not just what they do. We learn together through taste, experience, and lots of hands-on practice.

And if you’re wondering about the other quiz results—don’t worry!

We’ll be emailing you those soon, too. You might find yourself nodding along to more than one path.

For now, I just want to say welcome to our herbal community. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to keep learning and sipping tea together.

Go make your two cups of ginger tea, and see which one makes you break a tiny sweat.

That warmth you feel? That’s not just ginger—it’s your herbal intuition waking up.
