Learn to care for the hearts you love, including your own.
Go from feeling out of your depth to working confidently alongside doctors, labs, and medications.
Heart disease touches nearly every family
And yet it's the body system where herbalists hesitate most.
Maybe you know that feeling.
Your mom's blood pressure is creeping up.
A friend just got put on a statin.
Your own labs came back with numbers you don't quite understand.
You’re in practice or beginning to, and have a client or patient that feels too complicated for you to address with confidence
(one or more medications, labs you don’t fully understand, herbal remedies you don’t have enough familiarity with).
In other words, you know herbs have so much to offer here, but the medications, the diagnoses, and the stakes make you second-guess everything you've learned.
Here's what I want you to know:
the heart is not off-limits to you.
Cardiovascular Health is where herbalism has the most to give
Â
because so much of heart health is shaped by how we live, eat, sleep, move, and respond to stress. Conventional medicine is brilliant in an emergency. It has fifteen minutes for everything else.
This isn't about replacing anyone's doctor. It's about becoming the person who fills in everything the fifteen-minute appointment can't. Who understands the labs and the medications, sees the whole person behind the diagnosis, and knows how to bring herbs and daily life together into care that truly fits.
JOIN NOWWho this course is for
We've carefully designed this course to meet you wherever you are in your herbal journey.
This isn’t a beginner herbalist course. However, if you're newer to herbalism and heart health feels important enough to learn deeply, right from the start. You don't need years of study first. We begin with safety concerns and the anatomy and physiology of the heart and build from there, one layer at a time.
You're a holistic practitioner, such as an acupuncturist, naturopath, functional MD, or another healing profession, and you want to add specific herbal remedies to your tool kit. Or you’re already a practicing herbalist and are looking for a clear, well-reasoned framework for cardiovascular cases.
You've been studying herbs for a while, on your own or through a program, and you're ready to go deep on one body system instead of skimming across all of them.
You're caring for your own cardiovascular health, or your family and community, and you want to truly understand the labs, the medications, and the daily choices that matter.
Wherever you're starting from, you'll leave with the same thing:
AÂ genuine understanding of the heart and the confidence to support it.
What makes this course different
Plenty of resources will hand you a list of "heart herbs." That's not what this is.
Over 6 modules, we'll build a complete framework for cardiovascular health:
How to assess what's actually going on with someone, how to read the energetic patterns behind a biomedical diagnosis, how to understand labs and medications without being intimidated by them, and how to bring herbs, food, and life practices together into care that actually fits the person in front of you.
You'll learn to hold both languages at once:
the biomedical world of lipid panels and blood pressure readings, and the traditional world of heat and cold, deficiency and excess, tongue and pulse. Each one makes the other more insightful.
And because heart health is an area where safety genuinely matters,
we take it seriously without being fearful. You'll finish this course knowing exactly where your scope of practice begins and ends, which medication classes call for caution, and how to work confidently alongside someone's cardiology team.
The Classes
Class 1: Assessment: Seeing the Whole Heart
You’ll be introduced to traditional and energetic approaches to the heart, and how emotional and mental health weave into cardiovascular health. We'll also introduce labs: how to look at them, how our interpretation differs from conventional and functional medicine, and how to monitor progress over time.
Class 2: Prevention: A Life That Supports
the Heart
No herb is a substitute for sleep, movement, or nourishing food. This class is about the daily practices that do the heavy lifting for heart health. We'll cover meditation and nervous system regulation, movement, oral health, food, sleep, and the supplements with real evidence behind them. We’ll also address how to inspire people to reach for these changes, not just nod their heads at them.
Class 3: Atherosclerosis and Cholesterol
Here you’ll see what's actually happening in ischemic heart disease, how to read the relevant blood work, and how to distinguish the differing patterns underneath the same diagnosis. We'll have an honest conversation about statins, look at under-recognized risk factors, and build a holistic approach with herbs, food, and lifestyle.
Class 4: Blood Pressure: High, Low,
and In Between
You’ll get the essentials for the most common heart health complaints: hypertension and hypotension through both biomedical and energetic lenses, including tongue and pulse. You'll learn how to interpret results, what to watch for with POTS and low blood pressure, common medications, and a full toolkit of herbal and lifestyle approaches.
Class 5: Arrhythmias, Heart Failure,
and Stroke
Here you'll take on the conditions that tend to feel most intimidating and see them made understandable. We'll cover atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias, heart murmurs, congestive heart failure, and stroke prevention and recovery, along with under-recognized risk factors like long Covid and chronic stress. You'll learn where herbs shine here and where extra caution is essential.
Class 6: Putting It All Together: Case Studies
In our final class, you'll walk through real cases from start to finish: the intake, the labs, the assessment, the protocol, the follow-up. This is where the whole framework comes alive, plus time for your questions and requests for deeper dives.

How The Course Works
Every class is taught live
and we always leave time at the end for your questions.
This is where the learning really settles in, hearing how the material applies to a real person, a real lab result, a real case someone in the group is puzzling through. You're not watching a polished lecture from a distance. You're in the room.
Can't make it live?
Every class is recorded, and you'll have access to the recordings for the lifetime of the course, so you can revisit any class as often as you need. Many students watch the recording within a day or two and treat it as if it were live, which keeps the momentum going.
You'll also join a private community of your fellow participants
It's a space to learn alongside each other, share what you're seeing in your own study and practice, ask questions between classes, and realize you're far from alone in the questions you're holding. Some of the best learning happens here, in the back-and-forth with people walking the same path.
For those who want a little more structure
There's an optional certificate of completion. If you keep pace with the live classes and complete the work along the way, you'll earn a certificate that documents 15 hours of herbal education. You can keep these hours toward your AHG education requirements or your own ongoing professional development. The certificate isn't required, but some students find it's exactly the nudge that keeps them showing up.

Why Join the Beta Course?
We're teaching Herbal Heart Health live for the very first time, and we want you to know exactly what that means
It means we've poured our whole hearts into building something we're proud of.
Â
It also means it isn't a glossy, pre-recorded product with every last edge sanded smooth. There may be a rough moment here or there. What you get in return is the two of us at our most present: teaching live, answering your questions as they come, and genuinely wanting your feedback so we can make the course better as we go. Students who join a course in its first round often get the most attention and they also shape it in ways everyone who comes later benefits from.
It also means this is the lowest price this course will ever be.
When we teach it again, it will cost considerably more. So if you've been waiting for the right moment, this is it. You get our fullest attention and the best price we'll ever offer, in exchange for a little grace while we teach it for the first time.
Will you be joining us?
Â
Most of us carry some fear around the heart. A parent's bypass surgery, a grandparent's stroke, a complicated case that feels over our head, our own numbers creeping in a direction we don't like. That fear often keeps us passive, waiting for the next appointment, the next prescription.
This course is an invitation to trade that fear for understanding. To know what the labs mean, what the options are, and how much genuine influence you have over the health of your own heart and the hearts of the people you love or are supporting in your work.
